REFUND POLICY

Healthylife Marketing vitamin products will only be authorized for a refund by completing the following steps.

1. You can contact us via email at health2000@healthylifemarketing.com within 14 days of the original purchase date to receive a return authorization.
2. The products are UNOPENED and in their original packaging.

A full refund of the original purchase price less the original shipping costs of all unopened products returned in their original packaging will be granted. Products must be shipped back to Healthylife Marketing at the customer’s expense. There will not be any refunds authorized after 30 days of the original purchase date.

An order may be canceled in writing and emailed to health2000@healthylifemarketing.com no later than three days after it was placed.

Refunds will be issued promptly, upon receipt of the returned products, using the same credit card on which they were charged. Both our shipping charges to you, and your return shipping charges, are not refundable. If returned items are not insured properly and get damaged in transit, or get lost, we do not grant a refund. No product returns can be accepted more than 30 days of the original shipping date. All approved returns must be shipped to:
